Our client requested a system that looked and functioned in a period correct manner. Steinmetz designed and built the aluminum housing you see in the third photo and utilized modern LEDs arranged vertically to indicate water level. An audible buzzer was also placed in the housing as a low-level alarm. Each LED received a signal from continuity switches wired through polished brass tubing.
